Make sure you already know the right spot to place your usb modem then you can measure the distance between your 4G router and the spot. In my case I only need 10 meters.
As you already know a wireless or broadband internet requires a stable & quality signal not only you gain speed but it also lower the latency.
I will recommended that you try this method instead buying expensive booster or antenna. It costs no more than $20 USD shipped and it's worth it.
